Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit/exchange as describe herein . We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item for exchange. Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

For Brown Dog Collars Customers:
Refunds are not available for this productive if you change your mind, buy the wrong size or buy the wrong colour. However a Store Credit is available (within 14 days of receipt) if the incorrect size or width has been ordered and your collar does not fit properly and ONLY IF THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN WORN OR USED. Please measure your dog’s neck and head before placing your order to ensure the proper fit.

Store Credit Process:
1.  Please contact the vendor “Brown Dog Collars” by emailing info@edgarnatolo.com within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
2.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3.  Once your return has been approved for a Store Credit, it must be returned within 5 business days of our conversations.
4.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. There is a “re-stocking fee of $6.00 per collar.
5. The cost of shipping will also be deducted from the store credit to cover the cost of return shipping for your replacement item.
6. The remaining balance (cost of item less the restocking fee and return shipping costs) will then be given to you as a store credit by way of a “coupon code”.
6. Unauthorised returns will be marked “refused – return to sender”

► Address Accuracy
Please ensure your address is correct, as we cannot refund you if the address on your order is incorrect once an item has been shipped.

 

 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next closest 500 grams.
