This isn’t a service I advertise to the general public. I only work with a small number of buyers each year—typically existing clients, close friends, family, or referrals.

My passion is identifying exceptional investment opportunities through detailed analysis, not emotion. I spend countless hours assessing cash flow, growth potential, market trends, risks, and long-term wealth creation. I only present properties that I would be comfortable buying myself.

What makes my buyer’s agent service different is that I don’t simply wait for properties to appear online.

Once I understand exactly what you’re looking for, I conduct an intensive search across the entire market. I contact local agents, ensure you’re on every relevant off-market and pre-market database, speak directly with selling agents, and actively follow up on opportunities before they reach the public. Where appropriate, I also contact property owners directly through letters or other methods to uncover homes and investment properties that aren’t currently for sale but may become available.

In many ways, it’s a full-time fishing expedition. Finding the right property isn’t about waiting—it’s about creating opportunities that most buyers never get to see.

The alternative for most buyers is to register with a handful of agents and hope someone remembers to call before a property hits the market. Unfortunately, that rarely happens. Agents are managing hundreds—sometimes thousands—of buyers, and most enquiries end up in an automated database. Unless you’re checking the property portals multiple times every day and constantly following up yourself, you’ll inevitably miss opportunities.

To ensure every client receives my full attention, my buyer’s agent engagement is limited to a maximum of 90 days. This allows me to remain proactive and fully committed throughout the search, rather than spreading my time across too many buyers. If we haven’t secured the right property within that period, we can review your goals together and decide whether renewing the engagement is the right next step.
