Who this service is for
This service is for property owners whose property is not currently managed by Natgroup Property Management. A small fee is charged to help cover the property research, staff time, professional preparation and administration involved, together with the compliance, record-keeping and legislative storage resources required to produce and retain formal appraisal documentation.

What we need from you
Please provide the complete property address requiring appraisal in the Order Notes field at checkout. Include the unit number (if applicable), street address, suburb, state and postcode. We may contact you if further information is required.
Fee: $30 + GST
Delivery: The completed appraisal letter will be emailed after the required property information has been received and assessed.
