With “Virtual Inspections” now becoming more popular, www.realestate.com.au are allowing agencies to upload their own videos, recorded on mobile phones, Go Pro’s, 360 camera, pretty much anything.

So how can you turn a simple recorded video into a semi-pro, but still raw and real video with no effort….. let the social media team from TREC (The Real Estate Commumity Group) edit and add some fanciness to it for you!

You simply, record the video and send it over. No need to edit, re-record parts, simply record it and let the team turn it into a masterpiece, similar to the style and effects seen on property profiles in the TV show Million Dollar Listings.

• Video Colour correction
• Hyperlapses when changing room. (Where it speeds up and then slows down). Helps in shortening the length of videos when “walking from room to room”.
• Music added to your video and lowered or muted in speaking sections.
• Logo added to video bottom corner and can be seen during video (branding).
• Tailboard at end of video (where it has your agency logo, phone number and email). The team will create it for you, simply let them know if you want anything else in it.
• Uploaded to TREC’s Youtube channel and link sent back to you. Simply add this link to www.realestate.com.au’s “video url” section.
• Video can also be provided in a format for uploading to Facebook or Instagram.
