Welcome to our Natgroup Real Estate brand. This brand was established in 1997. Natgroup office throughout this time established offices in Runaway Bay, Pimpama, Coomera, Ormeau & Nerang with affiliates around the globe and has closed billions of dollars in sales and rentals. In 2001 saw a local real estate agency apply to the Natgroup for a franchise licence. This was granted to Jacobs Well & District Realty who enjoyed a larger market share and a significant increase in sales.

2001 also saw Natgroup claim the buyout of one of the areas long established real estate agency, Ormeau Realty, trading as Raine & Horne. With this Natgroup  network not only grew but the property management division now hold the largest market share of rentals properties in the surrounding areas.

The expansion continued into South Brisbane, Logan and Brisbane CBD where Natgroup currently holds the awards from Rate My Agent as the #1 agency in parts of South Brisbane and also have the #1 agents in those suburbs. 

We now also service all areas of the Gold Coast, Logan, South Brisbane and Brisbane CBD and has been recognised as some of the most experienced team members in the industry and a specialist boutique brand that everyone has access to.
