The Company maintains offices in Runaway Bay, Pimpama/Coomera, Ormeau & Nerang with affiliates around the Globe and has closed billions of dollars in sales and rentals. The end of the Year 2001 saw a local real estate agency apply to the Natgroup Corporation for a franchise licence. This was granted to Jacobs Well & District Realty who enjoyed a larger market share and a significant increase in sales.

July 2001 saw Natgroup Corporation claim the buyout of one of the areas long established real estate agency, Ormeau Realty, trading as Raine & Horne. With this Natgroup International’s network not only grew but the Rental Division now hold the largest market share of rentals properties in the surrounding areas.
Natgroup’s Ormeau office, working under the banner of Ormeau Real Estate, has grown much quicker than expected and achieved great success. Many property owners have reaped the benefits of the company expansion plan.

A Local Magazine identified Natgroup International as one the top rated agencies for the Brisbane to Gold Coast corridor for the year 2001. The organization has been built on the basic philosophy of offering the highest quality service to its clients and customers.
Areas of concentration include the sales and rentals of townhouses, buildings, acreage land, Gold Coast Central apartments, as well as development sites, investment properties and hotels.

Natgroup International consists of a staff of quality trained professionals. Our associates work and live in the neighbourhoods that we service and are actively involved in the local schools and community affairs.

Natgroup International’s clientele is as varied as is the real estate that it sells, ranging from Business Professionals to actors, sports people (including International Cricket Players), artists, racing drivers, and foreign nationals. Agents are fluent in English, Spanish, Maltese, Portuguese

EDGAR’S PRINCIPLES

Communication, Integrity, and Trust

No sports team stars go into a game solo and neither should you! There are men and women who are part of this team who assist in trying to get the win. In business, these are the men and women in your business and life who help you win when the heat is on. The trusting relationships you build with your team are critical to your success in life.

“Check-6”

The 6-O’clock position is behind you — your most vulnerable position. In combat leaders use their team to cross check these positions and help defend against threats. In business and life, you need people to ‘check your 6′ and support you when you are engaged in activities that channelize your attention and cause task overload. When you work as a team and back each other up, you can transform a potential tragedy into victory.

Execute a Business Game Plan to Survive and WIN!

Surviving isn’t enough in business. You want to win! Winning with integrity while maintaining your professional values requires serious effort and the consistent application of disciplined training, detailed preparation, and passionate leadership. In addition, by briefing and de-briefing your challenges to your team, you can help your organization adapt to its constantly changing environment and continually update its training program.

“Mindset” to Vastly Increase Revenues

In sales, it is all about confidence and adapting to your environment. The winning salesperson is 110% prepared for each sales challenge. Successful people mentally practice every detail until they are perfect. By practicing them over and over in your mind, you can plan for contingencies and ultimately build confidence to win.

Transform Relationships into Revenue

Relationships are fundamental to successful business transactions. The key to building and sustaining them is mutual trust. Connecting with people and developing a reputation as a trusted resource is one of the most important traits you can have in business. When you combine trusting relationships with a product or service that truly provides value, you win in business & life!

Convert Fear into Focus

The top sportspeople, athletes, fighters, have an amazing aptitude for remaining focused and overcoming fear. Obviously, we are all olympic athletes. However, the same lessons of focus can apply as we seek victories in our unique experiences in business and in our personal relationships. By focusing on the challenge, your team, and on winning, you can overcome fear, build the courage to take risks in your personal and professional life, and gain victories in all that you do.

Lead with Courage and Compassion

It takes courage for a leader to make difficult decisions for the benefit of the organization as a whole. In addition, a leader must remain accountable at all times and always act with integrity. Without integrity, your reputation along with trust diminishes. Finally, mutual respect and the ability to inspire in others a desire for excellence are the keys to successful leadership.
