Our facilities are fully furnished. And as an added bonus, you even get access to the various breakout areas on-site. We aim to exceed your every expectation, which is evident in everything from the cleanliness of our facilities to the flexibility of our coworking desks and additional services.

Level 2 of our premises at 6/64 Siganto Drive, Helensvale QLD 4212.
Currently unused desks by our South Brisbane team and our Gold Coast team that operates downstairs, only goes to level 2 to grab daily items and stationery we have up there.
HOURS OF ACCESS:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Not available on weekends or public holidays
Price includes:
- 1 day hot desk hire
- Fully air-conditioned
- Complimentary use of shredder, folding machine & faculties.
- High-speed Wi-Fi: Hook yourself up to hard-wired Ethernet or secure Wi-Fi, including guest log-in functionality.
- Printing packages available for an additional $11. Print up to 50 pages with no expiry, use on multiple days.
- Optional use of Neopost folder, inserter. Simply ask one of the team for cost and they will provide this service for you.
Services include:
- Hot desk office space
- Meeting room: This rooms can be set up to allow teams to gather, meet, participate in video conferences, or give a presentation—virtually or in-person.
- Common areas: The heart and soul of our locations, these living-room-style work spaces are designed for creativity, comfort, and productivity.
- High-speed Wi-Fi: Hook yourself up to hard-wired Ethernet or secure Wi-Fi, including guest log-in functionality.
- Business class printers: Every floor has its own space stocked with a business class printer, office supplies, and paper shredder.
- Toilets and changing room facilities.
- Large green screen for video content recording etc.
- Cafe Style Reception with teas, coffee, water and kitchen appliances. You must wash up and clean up after yourself.
Booking:
- After completing the booking you will receive an online receipt via email. It will ask you to confirm a few details, please click reply and let us know:
– The “date” you have booked in for”. You would have chosen a “day” but the system does not record dates as of yet.
– Name of person attending
– Name of business.
- Identification: You must bring a valid photo I.D to enter the premises on each day. Our team will greet you at the front reception and take a photo for security purposes only. If you don’t have I.D they will not be able to check you in and your booking will be forfeited.
- You are able to choose any desk available, first in first served. Our team will let you know if one of the desks are reserved for any reason.
- You can book ahead as many days as you like.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking and give you a refund for the days the space is not available. (Example you booked for weekends, public holidays or days we will be closed or not available.
Refunds:
If you need to cancel a booking and do so within the cancellation window, you will automatically be refunded the cost of your booking to your original form of payment. You may cancel a booking as long as you are within the cancellation window. For meeting room and daily workspace bookings you must cancel at least 48 hours before the start of your booking. For meeting room or daily workspace bookings made on the same day of the booking date, you may cancel within five minutes of making the booking. You will not receive a refund for cancellations made outside of the cancellation window.
