Over time I have been asked to put together a “complete system” for agents and agencies to implement, assist and help them and their agents build future pipeline sellers. Whilst I’ve travelled over the years to a few agencies and set these up, I have also done the rare one on one workshops, they were never available completely online.

We wanted to setup a running start to the year and knew this would come from work done in December. We also wanted to have a proper holiday and close from 21st December and re-open on the 7th. A proper break that was well deserved. So our systems helped setup a great productive end to the year where we were on auto pilot talking to over 320 pipeline sellers including several identified “listing soon” sellers. This involved sending out cards, SMS, Christmas messages, email and calls as the various set touch points that were pre-set.

As a guide, just 2 days into our year back in January, the team was running and on the go. My personal EBU had 1 listing already, 3 offers on properties and 8 appraisal to do that week.

All these systems are “tied” together in there respective checklists where it identifies which systems/trails/DNA/Action Plans to put each client on depending on their decision. Once you implement this complete system and add clients as you get them, you will be on auto pilot with your CRM. The freedom is in the leverage this gives you. If you are looking at improving this year by yourself, starting a team or organising your agency this is a complete system that cannot be found anywhere else.
